If you're not satisfied with our wrapping service, please inform us immediately upon pickup or delivery. We will work with you to address concerns.
If wrapping does not meet expectations due to our error, we will rewrap your item at no charge. This must be requested within 24 hours of receiving the wrapped item.
Due to the custom nature of our services, completed wrapping work is generally non-refundable. We consider refunds on a case-by-case basis for significant errors.
We handle all items with care. If your item is damaged during our wrapping process, we will notify you immediately and work to determine appropriate resolution.
